INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Our inclement weather policy focuses on safety. During severe weather, we may adjust our schedule to safely get to as many customers as we can during our routes. It is up to our highly trusted drivers to determine if the road is safe to travel or if it is blocked by power or tree crews. If these circumstances arise your residence will be skipped and picked up the following week. Do Not contact us saying your road was clear or safe. It is our driver's discretion at the time and place to determine if the road is safe and clear not your discretion.
Garbage Service Agreement

$35Nonrefundable setup and can rental fee. This covers your initial setup and your can rental for the life of your service with us.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CAN while you have it. If the can is damaged while you have it, you will be charged $125 to replace the can.

Have the can out ready to be emptied by 7 am on your scheduled pickup day.

ALL GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED BEFORE BEING PLACED IN THE UNIT.

NO LOOSE TRASH, NO WET PAINT/STAIN OF ANY KIND, NO METAL, WOOD, OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE TO BE PLACED IN OUR UNITS!

Your service is for what fits in the can, additional bags are taken but you will be charged $1 per bag extra.

MUST CLEAN THE CAN OUT ONCE A MONTH!

Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Check, Card, Digital Invoice or Auto draft from a debit or credit card.

L.M.G. Services is not liable for any injuries or damage caused by our cans.

Violation of these terms will result in service termination.

$5 Late fee after 5 days late
